Returns, Refunds and Title

Axis Forestry Inc. does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment centre. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Axis Forestry Inc. does not take title to the refunded item. If we receive items that do not meet the requirements of our return policies, including items returned past the eligible return window, opened items or damaged items, we may charge a restocking fee or issue a partial refund.

  • Unused and unopened items purchased from Axis Forestry Inc. may be return to Axis Forestry Inc. for in store credit or refund subject to restock charge and credit card processing costs.
  • Any returns must be pre-approved. Call Axis Forestry Inc to obtain a Return Goods Authorization form. This form must be returned with the product and visible on the outside of the box.
  • Supply the invoice copy or invoice number with each product returned
  • All returns must be shipped prepaid. If items are sent collect, these costs may be charged against the credit invoice.
  • Restocking charges are typically charged if the product arrives damaged or has been opened. Please ensure your packaging is secure before sending.
  • Distributors are allowed one large return each year of items no selling. Invoice copies or numbers are not required for the yearly return. However, an offsetting order of the same or more dollars is required.
  • Any parts not manufactured by Axis Forestry, but supplied by Axis Forestry, follows the original manufacturer’s warranty terms. Axis Forestry will issue customer credit once the manufacturer has approved the claim. Axis may need to ship some products to the manufacturer for inspection.
